Obinna Ufudo is the Founder and Chairman of the Sir Pius Ufudo Foundation. Very passionate about philanthropy and public service, he is a financial services and corporate management expert with over two decade’s post-graduate experience.
He is an investor and entrepreneur, Founder and Chairman of Atiat Limited (www.atiatltd.com) and Chairman of Loanbook Limited (www.loanbookng.com) as well as a Director in several other companies

He was the Group President/Chief Executive of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp) from 2011 to 2014 and Chief Operating Officer/ Executive Director at Heirs Holdings Limited.

A 2006 British Chevening scholar, Obinna holds a Master of Science degree in International Securities, Investment & Banking from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. He also holds an Executive master’s in business degree (MBA) from the IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona Spain and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology Enugu, Nigeria. He is an alumnus of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
