Ngozi Aghanya
Ngozi is a Trustee and the Company Secretary of the Sir Pius Ufudo Foundation where she brings a genuine passion for philanthropy. She is a dual qualified lawyer with over 15 years of legal experience, and qualified to practice in Nigeria and Alberta Canada.
In her role as the Company Secretary, Ngozi oversees the administrative functions of the family foundation. With an astute understanding of corporate governance principles, she ensures that the Sir Pius Ufudo Foundation operates seamlessly, aligning its activities with legal and ethical standards.
In addition to her duties as the Company Secretary and Trustee of Sir Pius Ufudo Foundation, Ngozi sits on the board of various companies in Nigeria. She is a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.
